I'm still like that, inside. I've been impersonating an American for more than 50 years, but I still don't have it right.Davidhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08274485227373284224noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-14773652.post-60363989185462043942010-04-13T10:03:29.067-04:002010-04-13T10:03:29.067-04:00Dr. Emma is very polite, and very British. Hate to cause a bother or embarrassment. Just chuck the silly thing away, and we won't speak of it again.Davidhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08274485227373284224noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-14773652.post-61225581895387360282010-04-12T23:10:14.973-04:002010-04-12T23:10:14.973-04:00He was so very polite about it!He was so very polite about it!Bossy Bettyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12568355839499622409noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-14773652.post-88856528914506136482010-04-12T14:49:00.996-04:002010-04-12T14:49:00.996-04:00Yeah Sandra, I don't want to start off on the ...Yeah Sandra, I don't want to start off on the wrong foot (heh heh) with Waste Mgmt. The leg is too hairy & smelly to make into a lamp. Plus my new dog (when I get one) would chew it all up.

David, I also was struck by "to weather." The leg's (legs'?) location is particularly eerie: just beyond the fence is a rusting 4-stall starting gate and a little track. Now I'm afraid of turning up other losers in the perennial border along the stone wall. The new growth is quite lush--perhaps from lots of fresh nitrogen.Bella Standerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09299907503543643337noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-14773652.post-28440833961286701462010-04-12T13:57:22.391-04:002010-04-12T13:57:22.391-04:00To weather?
