Heard from the next stall: Tinkle tinkle, Ring ring, tinkle tinkle, ring..."Hello?...Oh hi, Linda! How are you?...I'm fine, I'm in the ladies' room at the airport. I'm peeing [tittering laughter]. As soon as I'm done, I'm going to get my baggage and go home...Yeah, I'll call you when I get there...OK, bye."
Please, could we all agree (the sooner the better) that:
1) Just because you can use the phone everywhere doesn't mean you should use it in the can.
2) Some activities should remain private.

So agree. I've heard people answer the phone in the cinema cubicle with a que snaking out for miles, at work (where I bitchily flushed in the middle of their conversation and then suggested they incorporate their experiences in the work manual under multi-tasking) and I am heartily sick of it. What's it with having to answer the phone no matter where you are or what you're doing? I don't want some images in my mind.
